- Assist guests with the coat check process ensuring efficiency and care.
- Hang organize and retrieve coats and personal items using the numerical order system.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional coat check area at all times.
- Handle lost or misplaced items accurately and discreetly completing all required documentation.
- Communicate effectively with guests management and team members to support smooth operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest experience and overall team success.
Qualifications :
- Strong customer service skills with a warm professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities with confidence in handling guest inquiries or concerns.
- Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage changing priorities and a variable workload.

- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift or hang coats repeatedly throughout a shift.
