This location along with S&L Hospitality is currently seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager/ Chef de Cuisine to join our team! This role is ideal for a hands-on creative professional with a strong background in food & beverage leadership and a desire to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring consistency quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with ownership and management on menu development seasonal specials and execution.
Lead train and schedule a small but dedicated kitchen team.
Uphold and enforce health safety and sanitation standards.
Manage ordering inventory and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective operations.
Maintain high standards of presentation taste and service.
Foster open communication and teamwork within both the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Qualifications may include:
Previous F&B leadership experience preferably in a culinary or heart-of-house leadership role.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations menu planning and cost controls.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and develop a team.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as business demands.
A passion for hospitality creativity and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
