Short Description
This position is responsible for enhancing supporting and maintaining an application or applications and provides guidance leadership and technical supervision to teams of application analysts in their area of expertise. This includes trouble shooting researching and solving technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Collaborates with multiple stakeholders to understand the overall business roadmaps and prioritizes accordingly. Comfortable managing and communicating pertinent information as needed. Strong understanding of the business/technical work/workflows.
Experience Required
- 6-10 years experience required.
- Cupid or Radiant highly preferred
Education Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Business Data Analytics Information Technology/Systems Healthcare preferred.
License/Certification Requirements
- RN PT OT MA LPN.
- Healthcare experience in hospital medical practice or health system.
- Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable.
- Cupid or Radiant highly preferred
