We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Test Coordinator & Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team focusing on AI and Automation projects within the HR IT domain. This pivotal role will be responsible for orchestrating testing efforts ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement in our QA processes. You will play a critical part in delivering robust and effective AI and automation capabilities that enhance the employee experience across our internal stakeholders. While direct experience with AI and Automation testing is preferred we also welcome candidates with a strong background in software testing a solid understanding of HRIT systems and a keen eagerness to learn and adapt to cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies plans and schedules for AI and Automation projects within the HRIT domain aligning with project goals and timelines.
Test Case Design & Execution: Design develop and execute detailed test cases scenarios and scripts for various types of testing including functional integration regression performance and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Defect Management: Identify log track and prioritize defects working closely with development and product teams to ensure timely resolution and retesting.
Test Environment Management: Coordinate and manage test data environments including test data creation refresh and maintenance ensuring appropriate test coverage and realistic scenarios.
Automation Testing: Support and contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and frameworks for AI and Automation solutions aiming for increased efficiency and coverage.
Quality Assurance Best Practices: Drive the implementation of QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the testing lifecycle including process optimization and tool evaluation.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate clear and concise test reports progress updates and defect metrics providing actionable insights to project stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with AI/ML engineers developers HRIT domain experts product owners and business users to understand requirements define test scope and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Ad-Hoc Support: Assist with ad-hoc testing activities research into new testing methodologies for AI/ML and new work packages as required.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification: B.E/
Experience : Minimum 3 Years Experience
Mandatory/requires Skills : Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a testing role ideally within IT or HRIT environments.
Proven experience in test planning test case design and execution across various testing types.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira Azure DevOps) and test management tools (e.g. TestRail Zephyr).
Good to Have Skills:
Experience with AI/ML testing methodologies including data validation model performance testing and bias detection.
Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium Playwright Cypress Postman Python scripting).
Understanding of HR IT systems and processes (e.g. HRIS ATS Payroll).
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in QA.
Experience in coordinating new releases features and enhancements from a QA perspective.
Ability to create or contribute to internal documentation knowledge bases and best practice guides.
Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB Foundation Level) are a plus.
