We are hiring for our Neurology team in central Finland and were looking for an:
ACCOUNT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our migraine treatment portfolio to healthcare professionals in central Finland
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including neurologists general practitioners and healthcare institutions
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to your territory
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to cross-functional brainstorming and business development
- Actively monitor market trends competitor activity and customer needs
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
- Collaborate closely with marketing medical and other internal teams to deliver impactful customer engagement
- Provide regular reporting and insights to the Business Unit Manager
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related commercial roles
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a proactive and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments and building long-term partnerships
- Full fluency in Finnish with excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a strong command of English both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently manage your territory holistically and adapt to new challenges
- Willingness to travel regularly within Finland
