Reports to: Manager Facilities Management
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Days (8:00am-4:00pm) 
Status: Permanent Full Time
Closing Date: November 3 2025

Duties:

  • Handle call centre (6161) and process the work order to the proper trade
  • Maintain and update computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS-Archibus)
  • Assist in procurement of spares and materials
  • Create excel spreadsheets and generate maintenance reports from CMMS-Archibus
  • Assist in processing of Activity Permits (AP)
  • Assist contractors for information and access to various locations

Qualifications :

  • Computer skills on using various software Microsoft Excel Word Power Point
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment which entails receiving phone requests dispatching calls and
  • Inputting data into the maintenance computer systems CMMS-Archibus
  • Knowledge of facilities operations and different trade workers
  • Previous on-the-job computer/word-processing database and spreadsheet software experience; experience in a Microsoft Office environment 
  • Excellent organizational time management and prioritization skills 
  • Excellent word-processing/typing skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills 
  • Excellent knowledge of medical terminology 
  • Excellent knowledge of health care organizational/office practices procedures and standards 
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate as an active participant with others in assisting with the delivery of care to patients 
  • Ability to maintain and protect patient confidentiality 
  • Ability to produce high quality work in accordance with Hospital standards 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Ability to use good judgment is assessing difficult situations 
  • Experience working in a health care environment an asset
