Unqork Software Developer (6171)

MetroStar is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Developer (Unqork Configurator) to join our growing team supporting the Department of State. This fully remote position requires a candidate with hands-on experience building and configuring Unqork applications. The team has a growing backlog of high-priority applications and the ideal candidate will help accelerate delivery ensuring high-quality solutions for government clients.

What youll do:

• Design configure and deploy Unqork applications in support of DOS ADD initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements ensuring applications meet client needs.
• Translate complex business processes into functional Unqork workflows modules and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing Unqork applications to improve efficiency usability and compliance.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance across multiple Unqork environments.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance requirements in all application configurations.
• Work closely with project managers developers and other team members to prioritize backlog items and deliver on schedule
• Document application designs workflows and best practices for team reference.

What youll need to succeed:

• 37 years of experience configuring and building Unqork applications.
• Strong understanding of workflow design integrations and no-code application development.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable maintainable and secure applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Active Secret Clearance.

SALARY RANGE: $119000 - $133000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
