MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Advisor to join our Wellington this pivotal role you will help advance our purpose of promoting sexual and reproductive health and rights. As our HR Advisor youll provide generalist support across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to wellbeing performance and professional development. Youll work closely with managers across the motu to deliver practical people-focused solutions that strengthen our culture uphold our values and ensure our HR practices are legally compliant and culturally responsive.
This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Youll support everything from day-to-day HR queries policy updates and data reporting through to leading onboarding processes coordinating engagement and wellbeing initiatives and contributing to organisation-wide HR projects.
We welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours (no less than 32 hours per week). This role is based at our National Office on Victoria Street Wellington. Our office is a fun inclusive and offers a thoughtfully designed space with a mix of shared quiet and collaborative areas. We also support flexible work practices including the option to work from home one to two days each week.
To be considered for the role you will ideally have:
Experience in the health or not-for-profit sector would be an advantage but isnt essential what matters most is your enthusiasm for making a difference and your ability to support others to do their best work.
