As a Senior Advisor Compliance and Contract Management youll be the go-to technical support for contract management across Maintenance and Operations. Youll provide specialist guidance develop tools and frameworks and support contract managers to ensure consistent effective practices. Youll oversee supplier performance drive continuous improvement and help shape commercial best practice for one of New Zealands largest infrastructure portfolios.

You are a contract management specialist with:
Strong experience in contract management compliance or commercial advisory roles
Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms and mitigate risk
Experience designing and embedding frameworks tools and templates
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Analytical skills to identify trends and develop actionable insights
Tertiary qualification in business commerce law or related field (or equivalent experience)
Certification in contract management procurement or commercial management (preferred)
