Job Summary
What is the job about
The Group Treasury Finance Professional will be responsible for supporting audit processes with administrative functions. This is a part-time position meaning 20 hours a week.
Your main responsibilities:
- Continuously reviewing and updating audit status file
- Collecting answers/documents from local teams within Grundfos
- Continuously communicating with finance controllers and external audit team via email
- Closely co-operating with audit coordinator and keeping updated about audit status
- Highlighting major issues to be solved on time
- Executing other ad hoc tasks
Your background
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
- 1 -3 years of relevant work experience
- Fluency in English (speaking reading and writing)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Understanding of systems and applications such as: MS Office Sharepoint Yammer Fluency in English
