Job Summary

This is how you WOW:

Direct and support the daily operational activities of Quality staff; including doing inspections

and audits as needed to support in times of high volume/demand (30%)

Monitor and respond to customer complaints as assigned

Perform facilitate and/or direct investigation root cause and CAPA

Write work instructions and inspection criteria

Write rework instructions for nonconforming or damaged materials and components

Develop QMS procedures and day to day management process

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

Degree in a related field from an accredited college or technical school preferred and / or combination of education and at least 3 years experience in industrial Quality programs.
OSHA 30 general industry training completed or willingness to take classes to obtain OSHA 30 general industry card required.
Ability to drive a forklift/operate a man lift and train others not required but is a plus.
Warehouse/other management software knowledge (SAP EWM ERP ADP etc.) a plus but not required.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and reach with arms and hands.
Standing for 8 hours and frequent walking required.
The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually high proper protective equipment is required.
