About the Opportunity
In this pivotal role youll be at the heart of our People & Culture team leading key projects that strengthen our organisational culture boost workforce capability and align our people practices with the Council Plan.
Youll shape and deliver innovative Organisational Development and learning strategies empower leaders through capability-building and champion initiatives that bring our values to life across the organisation.

This role is a permanent full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $102.7k (Band 7) plus superannuation.
