Organisational Development and Learning Coordinator

About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role youll be at the heart of our People & Culture team leading key projects that strengthen our organisational culture boost workforce capability and align our people practices with the Council Plan.

Youll shape and deliver innovative Organisational Development and learning strategies empower leaders through capability-building and champion initiatives that bring our values to life across the organisation.

Every day youll help create a workplace where people feel engaged supported and inspired to deliver exceptional outcomes for our community

This role is a permanent full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO. Remuneration begins at $102.7k (Band 7) plus superannuation.

About You

Youre an energetic and forward-thinking Organisational Development and Learning professional whos not afraid to innovate. You bring:

  • Strong experience in organisational development learning or workforce planning.
  • The ability to influence engage and build capability across all levels.
  • A passion for fostering a culture of growth inclusion and high performance.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • A values-driven mindset and collaborative leadership style.
