In this role youll:


Join a newly formed team that will contribute to the transition to zero-emission a hands-on detail-driven role that supports big-picture goals.
Are you someone who thrives on keeping things moving and making sure the plan stays on track As our Scheduler youll be the engine behind the smooth flow of our bus fleet programs.
Youll manage and maintain detailed schedules (think Gantt charts and spreadsheets) to ensure buses are repaired transferred and delivered on time whether its coordinating with suppliers or tracking movements with the operator across NSW.
Youll be the go-to person for making sure whats been agreed with our partners is actually happening. If a bus isnt where it should be youll figure out why and how to fix it.
Youll report on the status of the fleet and help identify whats needed to get things moving again whether its parts equipment or internal resources.
Youll work closely with the engineering team and your manager providing updates and insights that help drive decisions and keep the program on track.


About you


Youre someone who loves the nuts and bolts of scheduling and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. Youre not just about timelines youre about making things happen.
Youve got solid experience in scheduling ideally within fleet transport or technical programs (plant equipment or mechanical repairs).
Youre confident using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project and you know how to build and maintain schedules that keep everything running smoothly.
You understand how to track milestones identify risks and provide clear actionable reports that help teams stay aligned.
Youre a problem-solver who can work across teams and with external suppliers to keep things moving even when challenges arise.
