Job Summary

What success looks like in this role:

AsTalent Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for owning and driving the full end-to- end recruitment process across a broad spectrum of roles and will support multiple areas of business. You will predominantly be focused on attracting sourcing screening and hiring technical talent. You will work independently and collaborate with various cross-functional teams to deliver results in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

To be successful this role requires an individual with strong market knowledge a breadth of technical/non-technical sales and Leadership recruiting experience as well as the gravitas to be able to effectively manage and influence senior stakeholders. You will need to be adaptable proactively champion change and process improvement harness excellent people skills and the ability toread the roomunderstanding nuances in conversations stakeholder expectations and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition

    • Lead recruitment efforts with asolution-orientedconsultative and data-driven approach.

    • Understand business requirements and objectives; translate these into appropriate hiring strategies in support of securing top talent to meet business needs.

    • Drive full-spectrum external recruiting delivery across Technical Non-Technical Leadership andsales roles as required - primarily across Australia & New Zealand but supporting other countries within APAC as needed.

  • Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

    • Always KeepStakeholder and Candidate experiencetop of mind. Strive for excellence.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships withhiring managers executives and cross-functional teamsto shape and evolve recruitment strategies.

    • Read the roomand interpret nuances to effectively manage expectations.

    • Demonstrateexceptional people skillsadapting to different personalities and business cultures.

  • Market Expertise & Talent Attraction Strategy

    • Deep expertise in the Australia & New Zealand talent marketis essential. As is local knowledge of the Canberra market specifically.

  • Collaboration & Agility

    • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to implement hiring solutions.

    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate resilience in a fast-moving environment.
