This position reports to the Senior Supervisor of Warehouse Services.

What you will do:

• Maintain and analyze domestic warehouse product inventory records for all product lines that move through the Nutrien Midstream network.
• Ensure that inventory systems provide high integrity data and reporting for both operational and accounting purposes.
• Provide professional and timely service to external stakeholders such as Customers as well as internal stakeholders such as Customer Experience Sales Product Management and TD&L.
• Support the transactions to move products into and out of warehouses (shipping and receiving).
• Periodically reconcile warehouse inventories by collecting and comparing information from both internal and external sources.
• Review and correct or process warehouse invoices for payment.

What you will bring:

• Post-secondary education. A business specialty would be an asset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with strength in Excel (pivot tables graphs charts).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a service orientation.
• Detail oriented problem solver promotes team environment.
