Job Summary
GLO Resources is seeking an Upholstery Cleaning Technician in Baton Rouge LA area. The pay rate for this position is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience. The work schedule is Monday Friday starting at 8:30 AM.
Position Summary
We are seeking professional Technicians responsible for performing cleaning and treatment services using established procedures and chemicals. The ideal Talent will maintain a clean and professional appearance ensure equipment and supplies are properly stocked and deliver high-quality service that exceeds client expectations. This role requires attention to detail strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Preparation & Communication: Arrive by 8:30 AM complete paperwork review job details and communicate with the office before and after each job.
- Professionalism & Appearance: Maintain a clean professional appearance and courteous behavior while in uniform.
- Truck & Equipment Maintenance: Keep the truck stocked inventoried and clean; maintain all equipment.
- Job Execution & Documentation: Perform work as specified on invoices document actual work done techniques used and ensure quality standards are met.
- Client Interaction: Lead Technicians manage client communication ensure proper chemical use supervise job quality and handle unexpected situations.
- Safety & Reporting: Report any accidents damage or unexpected issues immediately.
- Team Leadership (Lead Technician): Assign tasks supervise work quality review invoices and ensure all work is completed to premium standards.
- May be assigned other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must be able to pass an MVR and Background check
Physical Requirements:
- This position involves regular physical activity including:
- Standing for prolonged periods
- Frequent bending kneeling and crouching
- Pushing and pulling heavy objects
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
