Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Chief Strategy Officer / Chief Transformation Officer to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the companys overall strategy and driving transformational initiatives to ensure our continued success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the companys strategic plan in alignment with the overall vision and goals

- Lead and manage the transformation process identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and growth

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends

- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and evaluate potential partnerships acquisitions and other growth opportunities

- Drive innovation and foster a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives

- Provide guidance and support to department heads and teams to ensure alignment with the companys strategy

- Present regular updates and reports on the companys progress and performance to the CEO and Board of Directors

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic leadership role preferably in the sports industry

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies and driving transformational change

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the industry landscape

Pay Rate: $130-240 per hour depending on experience

Training Pay: $80 per hour (1-week paid training)

Training Bonus: $2500 incentive upon completion

Work Schedule: Flexible Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)

Work Type: 100% Remote (U.S.-based only)
