Job Summary

Customer Support Representative (German Speaker) Remote (Based in Turkey)

Location: Remote (within Turkey)
Work Model: Full-time rotational shifts

Shifts (Summer Period):

08:5017:50
09:2018:20
12:3021:30
13:0022:00
(Different shift times apply during winter.)

Days Off: 2 per week (may vary between weekdays and weekends)

Training: 20 business days (mandatory includes assessments)

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone email and chat
Handle inquiries and provide accurate solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to improve the service process

Requirements:

Fluency in German (C1) and good command of English
Must be based in Turkey
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer support experience is a plus
