Job Summary

Customer Support Representative (German Speaker Remote Turkey)

Location: Remote (within Turkey)
Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours:
Weekdays between 09:00 23:00

(Summer: until 22:00 Winter: until 23:00)

Rotating Shifts:

09:0018:00
10:0019:00
11:0020:00
12:0021:00
13:0022:00

Split Shift:

09:0013:00 / 18:0023:00 (every 78 weeks with 2 days off including one weekend day)

Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9-hour schedule)
Days Off: Sunday 1 variable day

Training: 20 business days (mandatory includes assessments)

Responsibilities:

Handle customer requests via phone email and chat
Provide fast friendly and accurate support
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality standards
Collaborate with team members to improve service experience

Requirements:

Fluent German (C1) and good English
Currently living in Turkey
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset and teamwork attitude
Prior customer support experience is a plus
