Customer Support Representative (Dutch Speaker) Remote Turkey
Are you a Dutch speaker based in Turkey
Join our growing customer support team and provide top-notch service all from home!
Location: Remote (within Turkey)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours:
Summer Schedule
- MondayFriday: 09:0018:00 / 10:0019:00
- Saturday: 10:0019:00
Winter Schedule
- MondayFriday: 10:0019:00 / 11:0020:00
- Saturday: 11:0020:00
Days Off: Sunday 1 variable day
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and chat
- Resolve inquiries effectively and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain service quality and follow company procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent Dutch (C1) and good English
- Based in Turkey
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
