Job Summary


Were looking for enthusiastic and dedicated French-Speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team in Lisbon Portugal. This role offers the flexibility of working on-site in our vibrant Lisbon office or remotely from anywhere in Portugal (for those already based in the country). Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative youll be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers providing assistance and resolving queries across various channels (phone email chat). Your main duties will include:

  • Handling Inquiries: Responding to customer questions concerns and requests in a professional empathetic and timely manner.
  • Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting customer issues offering appropriate solutions and alternatives within established guidelines.
  • Documentation: Accurately documenting all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products/services policies and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
  • Service Excellence: Striving to achieve high customer satisfaction scores and contributing to a positive team environment.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must meet the following criteria:

  • Language Proficiency (Mandatory):

    • French: Fluent (C1/C2 level) in both spoken and written French is mandatory.
    • English: At least a B2 level of proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training.
  • Location: Must be based in Portugal (or willing to relocate) with the legal right to work in the country.
  • Skills: Excellent communication problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Attitude: Proactive customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Equipment: Ability to work effectively with provided company equipment.

Work Environment and Schedule

  • Location Options:

    • On-site: Working from our office in Lisbon Portugal.
    • Remote: Working from home anywhere in Portugal (must be currently based in Portugal).
  • Working Hours: This role involves working in rotation shifts totaling 8 hours per day.

    • Shifts are scheduled Monday through Saturday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Sunday plus one additional rotative day off during the week.
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment (computer headset etc.) will be provided by the company.
