Position: Customer Service Representative (German Speaker)
Location: On-site in Porto
Start Date: 6 November 2025

As a Customer Service Representative youll be the friendly voice and helping hand for our German-speaking customers providing support solving problems and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

What Youll Do:

Offer top-quality customer support in German via phone chat and email.

Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.

Handle inquiries feedback and issues with professionalism and empathy.

Work closely with other departments to resolve requests efficiently.

Keep accurate records and maintain service excellence at all times.
What You Bring:

Fluent German (spoken and written).

Good English communication skills (B1 or higher).

Passion for helping people and solving problems.

Patience positivity and a friendly personality.

Flexibility to work in rotative shifts (MondaySunday 06:0021:00).

2 rotating days off per week.
-
Previous customer service experience is a plus but we love fast learners too!
