- 100% people staffed no bench
- Very high billability 93%
- In last forecast: 20% growth YoY
For the specific position:

Why cant we deliver from a GIDC location Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facing
Why cant we deliver at a lower job level
We need employees with DWH Methodology knowledge and Data Scientist background. It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Analyst II
Why cant we absorb with the existing team / HC Have we completed Availability Check Do we have the skills available among tenured resources eligible for rotation or migration automation low billability pools
Current team cant absorb new tasks because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity. All Analytics Italian employees are allocated so there are not available resources to use for new activities
