At our facility Lithotech inScarboroughyou candevelop your full potential sustainablyby applying your expertise within the Packaging team as the Hr Manager:

• Plan workforce and succession needs aligned with budgets; oversee engagement initiatives.
• Develop and implement training plans; ensure key position holders are trained for each business process.
• Coach managers on goal setting performance reviews compensation and development planning.
• Support managers in employee relations and achieving business objectives; lead continuous improvement.
• Oversee labour relations and safety initiatives including KPI tracking accident investigations and case management.
• Apply company policies ensure compliance with business processes and assign/train System Users (SUs).
• Conduct weekly payroll reviews and SOX audits.
