Job Summary
What were looking for Tech Lead (Only for people located in Latinamerica).
Were looking for a Tech Lead with strong experience across the JavaScript ecosystem ( React TypeScript) to lead our development team and ensure the quality scalability and efficiency of our digital solutions.
This role combines technical leadership architectural vision and hands-on coding playing a key part in the design and implementation of high-impact technology products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development team ensuring best engineering practices code quality and timely delivery.
- Design and oversee the technical architecture of projects.
- Actively contribute to full-stack development (front-end and back-end).
- Coordinate code reviews deployments and continuous integration processes.
- Support the team in solving complex technical challenges and adopting new technologies.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure scalability security and maintainability of applications.
- Foster a culture of learning innovation and continuous improvement within the team
Experience and knowledge
- 5 years of experience in JavaScript / TypeScript development.
- Strong knowledge of Express and SQL / NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or software development projects.
- Solid understanding of REST / GraphQL architectures APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS GCP or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- Passion for innovation technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong sense of ownership and results orientation.
- English B2
