The Role
Were seeking an experienced PMO Reporting Lead to oversee reporting operations across three enterprise portfolios exceeding $300M in total value. Youll provide financial oversight integrated planning and management reporting at the highest level driving clarity consistency and confidence in decision-making across the organisation.
What Youll Do
Lead the Project Management Office reporting function across multiple enterprise portfolios exceeding $300M.
Develop manage and deliver all aspects of program executive and regulatory reporting in alignment with enterprise standards.
Consolidate complex data across multiple programs to produce clear actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders.
Maintain integrated dashboards of financials milestones risks and dependencies to enable proactive decision-making.
Support governance and performance tracking across large-scale multi-workstream programs.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience managing PMO or portfolio reporting functions within a complex regulated enterprise environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting tools data visualisation and financial analysis.
Exceptional stakeholder management with the ability to communicate effectively across senior executive and regulatory audiences.
Demonstrated success in portfolio governance performance tracking and integrated planning.
High attention to detail and commitment to data integrity accuracy and traceability.
Bonus Points For
Experience supporting regulatory reporting for bodies such as the OCC or equivalent.
Familiarity with enterprise portfolio management (EPM) or PPM tools (e.g. Clarity Planview or Smartsheet).
Financial services or consulting background within Banking & Payments.
Experience managing multi-workstream portfolios exceeding $300M in total value.
Advanced skills in data modelling or business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
