Be a part of a community of experts committed to ensuring quality affordable healthcare worldwide.This position supports the execution and maintenance of clinical studies by managing essential operational and documentation tasks. The role involves coordinating data collection and reporting to regulatory bodies processing compensation and resolving discrepancies and ensuring the organization accuracy and completeness of clinical study files. Additionally it requires overseeing document control processes assisting with periodic audits and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This position will be a Remote position in Bogotá
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Supports clinical studies by executing and maintaining one or more of the following areas.
- Data coordination; data reporting to regulatory bodies
- May process compensation & identify and resolve compensation discrepancies.
- Document coordination - creates and manages the clinical study files and oversees the organization and distribution of clinical study documents.
- Assists with periodic audits of clinical study files for completeness and accuracy.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- High school degree
- One year of experience supporting customer service backoffice administrative tasks and document management
- Experience supporting clinicar research is advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word Excel Access PowerPoint Outlook)
- Fluent in English
- Bachelors degree is advantageous
