Were looking for a talented Marketing Officer to join our collaborative Digital Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term appointment (parental leave cover). This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects and help shape the way we engage with students partners and clients across the education sector.

About the role

As a key member of the marketing team youll play an integral role in delivering creative data-driven campaigns that drive engagement and support UACs position as an innovative leader.

You will:

• Plan create and deliver compelling marketing campaigns through our Reach product supporting client and B2B marketing initiatives
• Manage paid marketing channels and monitor performance to optimise results
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaign objectives are met
• Contribute creative ideas and continuously seek ways to improve processes outcomes and user experience

About you

You are a creative and proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns. You will bring:

• Proven experience delivering digital marketing campaigns (including EDM SMS and paid media)
• Practical experience managing paid marketing channels and tracking performance metrics
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• A positive solutions-focused attitude and a passion for continuous improvement
