- (Internal Title: Project Management V)
- Responsible for the assigned projects from inception through to completion
- Develop new project plans in consultation with stakeholders including clients
- Direct the human and material resources required to complete assigned projects successfully
- Formulate a resource allocation strategy and utilize this to distribute work and budgets
- Exercise authority in managing the work and controlling the delivery of the projects per project plans
- Monitor project staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to specified deadlines
- Review and ensure observance of the overall scope schedule and budget
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
- Lead the tracking monitoring and reporting on performance against project requirements schedule milestones budgets quality measures and KPIs and addressing of issues with corrective actions as appropriate
- Evaluate the projects effectiveness by consulting with clients and project staff
- Oversee staff on progress reports proposals and presentations to various audiences including the project team client executives key stakeholders and operations
- Direct the negotiation of scope changes
- Manage ongoing quality control checks and participate in quality issue resolution
- Define the success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project and program life cycle
- Set and interpret project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverables with team members and stakeholders

Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in Project Management
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Licenses OR Certifications:
- Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

- Expert grasp of prevailing Project Management methods
- In-depth understanding of tools and metrics needed to evaluate project performance
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in Project Management software

- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilitieswith a track record for meeting deadlines

- Expert ability to detect capitalize and be sensitive to others strengths

- Effectively lead multi-resource Project Management teams
