The role
- Own your territory: Full responsibility for revenue and growth in your segment.
- Be the expert: Work with cutting-edge technologies like High-Speed Separators Decanter Centrifuges and Membranes.
- Make an impact: Help customers improve efficiency sustainability and profitability.

What Youll Do
- Develop and execute a sales business plan aligned with business goals.
- Identify qualify and convert opportunities into profitable wins.
- Build strong relationships with end customers consultants and contractors.
- Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals.
- Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
- Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.
What Were Looking For
- 3 - 5 years in a sales role ideally in industrial equipment or process technology.
- Experience with High-Speed Separators and/or Decanter Centrifuges is highly regarded.
- Strong technical aptitude negotiation skills and a proven track record in business growth.
- Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
