About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for service passionate and highly motivated Food & Beverage professional to join our growing team.

To be successful in this role we seek applicants who like to be of service to others who have table service experience this includes the subtly of upselling.

Our Food and Beverage Team are dynamically flexible they can be rostered either in on the AM PM shifts including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold Stamfords service standards this includes immediate guest acknowledgement via verbal greeting paired with a warm smile
• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• Assist with floor plan and cleanliness requirements prior to meal service this includes table set up and clearance
• Manage guests food orders and work with a team of chefs managers and other food and beverage attendants to ensure guests have a positive experience
• Strong interpersonal skills be able to communicate openly and professionally to cater to our guests needs promptly and professionally on every occasion during your shift
• Display empathy and kindness to all internal and external guests

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages including cocktails beers non-alcoholic drinks and hot beverages.
• Setting a high standard of work and representing the Stamford Way
• Exceptional knowledge of our food and beverage menu

About You:

• Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role.
• Barista & Bar experience
• Strong communication skills and detail oriented
• Flexibility in your availability across a 7 day rotating roster
• Passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or willing to obtain.
• Food Safety and Handling Certificate or willing to obtain.
