The Role What Youll Do

Contribute to curriculum development enrichment programmes and departmental planning.
Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that motivates all learners.
Person Specification (Essential)
Degree in Psychology or a closely related field; QTS/PGCE required.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Psychology.
Ability to teach confidently across KS4 and KS5.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Commitment to safeguarding student wellbeing and high teaching standards.
