Purpose of the Role:
Provide professional courteous timely and efficient support to sales representatives and Area Sales
Directors. Provides specialized support either by market or function to sales support.
Key Responsibilities
Cost Proposals & Quotes
Create and assist with cost proposals and quotes using Salesforce CPQ systems.
Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with approval workflows.
Generate quote documents and facilitate customer signature processes.
Sample Orders & Pilots
Process monitor and track sample and pilot orders.
Communicate status updates and resolve issues related to order fulfillment.
Implementation Support
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support onboarding and implementation
activities.
Ensure readiness of materials and systems for customer delivery.
Sales Operations
Handle inbound requests from Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Development
(ASD) teams.
Research product availability pricing and tracking information.
Escalate issues to management when necessary.
Systems & Tools
Maintain working knowledge of Salesforce SAP Sales Hub and Customer Care
platforms.
Perform data entry and maintain organized records of sales activities.
Collaboration & Communication
Liaise with sales support teams and internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve
issues.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings.
