Job: Technical Specialist- Senior

Location: Raleigh NC - HYBRID

Typical Experience: 60-84 months

***This is a hybrid position. The contractor will be required to be onsite as requested.

Contractor (Engineer Level) is required to assist with implementing additional security features in Intune the engineer will need to be highly skilled in Intune and with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager and will need to have experience with migrating MCM to Intune with all polices and workloads. The current Admins do not have experience or knowledge to complete this project there will also be a great deal of support required from both the Azure and Identity management teams that this Engineer will need to work with and have excellent communications skills. Contractor required for the day-to-day support activities for 14 managed agencies and several non-managed agencies requiring support to implement MDM support in Intune and with 1 Intune engineer to work on All existing and new security features as described in our 24-27 Intune roadmap.

Responsibilities:

Manage and secure devices across multiple platforms and deploy/manage apps to ensure secure access to corporate resources.
Implement endpoint security policies (e.g. antivirus encryption) conditional access and compliance configurations.
Work with Azure AD On-Prem AD Exchange Online SharePoint and other M365 services to provide unified management and enhance security.
Develop PowerShell/Bash scripts for automating tasks optimizing deployments and improving security compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents provide major incident support and guide less experienced team members.
Maintain accurate documentation for configurations policies and procedures; generate reports to track usage compliance and risks.
Work with internal teams and third parties to drive continuous improvement and stay informed about product developments

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Intune and M365 (including Azure AD Exchange Teams SharePoint). - Required 3 Years

Experience with Hybrid-Azure Joined domains. - Required 3 Years

Strong knowledge of device management security policies and application deployment. Proficient in PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation. - Required 3 Years

Expertise in security practices like device encryption MFA conditional access and endpoint protection. - Required 3 Years

M365 Knowledge: Familiarity with SharePoint Teams Power Platform Graph API and other M365 tools. - Required 3 Years

Microsoft 365 Certified (Endpoint Administrator Azure Fundamentals etc.) preferred. - Highly desired 3 Years

Experience working in multinational teams with strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Required

Knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory SCCM and understanding of M365 licensing and migrations. - Required 3 Years
