The Project Manager 3 role requires an experienced individual to manage IT projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This position involves establishing and maintaining project budgets schedules and risk management processes. The role is hybrid requiring the candidate to work in the office two days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Managing IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Establishing and maintaining project budgets and schedules.
- Managing change requests risk and issue logs.
- Utilizing project portfolio management systems and tools.
- Using MS Project for project planning and tracking.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in IT project management including industry standard and best practices (7 years).
- Proven record for delivering projects on time and on budget in a formal project manager role (7 years).
- Experience establishing and maintaining project budgets schedules change requests risk and issue logs (7 years).
- Experience using a project portfolio management systems and tools (5 years).
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Project (5 years).
- Bachelors Degree
