Position: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Cochin
Experience: Min 10 years of Relevant Experience in End to End Non IT Recruitment
Salary : 8.4 - 12 LPA

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Talent Acquisition strategy across Pan India operations.
- Responsible for developing and executing HR Recruitment strategic plans aligned with business goals.
- Workforce planning and manpower forecasting for various business units across locations.
- Build and manage strong hiring pipelines for critical and niche requirements.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and supply the best talent within defined timelines.
