Job Summary
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Workday Security Functional Consultant to support the clients ongoing Workday optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will be Workday Certified with extensive experience in configuring auditing and maintaining Workday security frameworks across multiple modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Design configure and manage Workday security roles and policies.
Partner with functional leads to align security configurations with business and compliance requirements.
Audit user access and maintain data integrity across the Workday ecosystem.
Support Workday releases by testing and validating security impacts.
Troubleshoot security-related issues and recommend process improvements.
Provide documentation reporting and user support for all security activities.
Stay up to date with Workday security best practices and new functionality.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Workday Security Certification is mandatory.
3 years of experience in Workday Security configuration and support.
Deep understanding of Workday domains role-based security and business process security.
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a remote client-facing environment.
Required Skills:
Experience & Skills Required: 7 years of experience in HCM technology with at least 5 years in Workday integrations and/or HCM functional areas. Proven experience leading Workday projects end-to-end (Integrations HCM AMS). Proficiency in integration tools such as Workday Studio EIB CCW DT XML/XSLT and custom reporting. Strong grasp of Workday security business object model and integration architecture. Prior experience in building or leading a team and/or a regional practice is highly preferred. Workday certifications (Studio Core Connectors) are a plus but not mandatory with equivalent expertise. Excellent communication and client engagement skills. Bonus: Experience with PeopleSoft HRMS or other legacy HCM platforms. Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
