Were looking for anHR Coordinator who will be thefirst friendly voice candidates hear from Recooty. Youll conduct first-level calls with potential candidates assist in managing our internal HR operations and help build a happy high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Conduct first-level screening calls with candidates and assess communication experience and interest.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback loops.
- Maintain candidate data and hiring status in Recooty ATS.
- Support employer branding by ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
HR Operations
- Help manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain attendance leave and HR records accurately.
- Support internal communications announcements and engagement initiatives.
- Assist the HR lead/founder with performance tracking feedback and culture activities.
