Job Profile Parthian Securities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and ensure the adequate implementation of the clients onboarding and account opening process.
2. Liaise with the software developers and project support teams to ensure the development and continuous maintenance of a Client Records Management (CRM) Application.
3. Ensure clients records are adequately maintained and updated in line with regulatory requirements.
4. Liaise with third parties; CSCS Registrars NSE etc to ensure clients records are adequately updated.
5. Build strong relationships with third parties; CSCS Registrars NSE etc to ensure easy retrieval of clients information.
6. Engage with clients and internal stakeholder to ensure prompt resolution of enquiries and provide Client Records Reports upon requests.
7. Develop and ensure the adequate implementation of the clients onboarding and account opening process
Requirements: Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance and Social Science related fields
- Membership in any Business/Finance related professional body will be an added advantage
- Minimum 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in a related/similar role in any Financial Institution
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Quality communication and engagement skills
- Great Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skills
Abilities
- Ability to execute tasks effectively within stipulated deadlines
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
