Job Summary
Your role
- You own our Magento-based shop platform at Yoshien from a business and product perspective
- You act as the product manager within a cross-functional team of engineers QA and UX design.
- You lead and drive the end-to-end development of new features from discovery to delivery.
- You perform data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
- You coordinate across teams stakeholders and keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
- You plan six to twelve months ahead helping define and shape our product strategy and roadmap always with an eye on what comes next.
- You are the go-to person for all e-commerce shop topics: from search recommendations and checkout to conversion optimization LLM optimization and more.
Your profile
- Experience as a tech-savvy product manager ideally in an e-commerce context.
- Experience with Product Information and Content Management tools.
- Strong coordination communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
- A hands-on structured approach to product development.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira Google Analytics (GA4) Hotjar
- Background in agile product development
- Understanding of e-commerce KPIs like conversion retention or CLV
