The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities employs over 1900 staff and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications including power generation transmission and distribution oil chemical and gas industrial manufacturing semiconductor and data centers as well as building and transportation sectors.

Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How youll make an impact

1. You will ensure that the suppliers manufacturing processes will produce quality products that meet Hitachi Energys requirements.

2. You will ensure being supplier NCR CCRP management and improvement.

3. You will support in IQC management and driving continuous improvement project or Kaizen.

4. You support in problems solving in early stage of material life cycle.

5. You will draft quality control plan according to criteria and requirements and monitor the execution at supplier side.

6. You will support in supplier assessment (audit for existing suppliers as required)and process audit on vendor site.

7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

8. Living Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelors degree or above in mechanical or electrical or other related industry.

2. Required with 5 years of quality management experience in production company.

3. Knowledge in the area of modern quality management methods and techniques such as 6Sigma 8D FMEACP SPC and etc.

4. Ability to read technical documentation; excellent analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide range of people and practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel Word PowerPoint and SAP systems.

6. Team leader attitude client orientation and passion for detail.

7. Experience of industrial area knowledge of machining casting painting transformer experience as a plus.

8. ISO 9001 internal auditor ISO 16949 Internal Auditor as a plus.

9. Good English skill.
