Job Summary

Logistic Specialist (m/f/d)

We EOS - world market leader for industrial 3D printing are looking for you to support our Service Team in China.

Your Mission

1. Warehouse management -JAS & DG & TC
Cycle count plan for spare parts & powder
Monthly & yearly (3 times per year) stock taking
Warehouse management & Cargo Delivery Quality Performance
SAP MM Module postings
Warehouse Inventory value control

2. Internal PO (purchasing from Krailling)
Safety stock check
Assign PO to krailling (powder and parts) and follow up shipmentCustomer clearance and good receipt
Confirm with JAS & DG warehouse

3. Domestic delivery arrangement and follow up (parts & powder & system & benchmark)
Create sales order in SAP and delivery order in JAS Smarthub
Coordinate shipment with JAS & DG Warehouse
Follow up if any conflicts (like return or goods damage etc.)

4. 3C parts import
3C parts out of customs catalogue import in smoothly
3C parts in customs catalogue look for alternative ways (e.g. local purchasing 3C certification)

5. Metal material export
Create PO to local suppliers and coordinate shipments
Export documentation preparation & review (e.g. sales contract PL PI customs declaration from export license/permits if required and other documents as required by the customs / destination country /trade terms)
Work with forwarder regarding of Export Custom declaration
Regulatory compliance (export control laws trade regulations tariffs policies)
Coordination & Communication with global sales & purchasing organization & Suppliers

6. Other tasks & KPI Report
Orders lead time keep WOFE & HS Code list updated
Stock value (cost reduction)
JAS performance
Goods delivery performance
Supplier payment application
Service Tools RMA
Other logistics related tasks like BM/System import/export. etc

Your Talents

University Degree majored in supply chain logistic or related
Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar environment
IT knowledge (PC MS-Windows MS-Office)
Fluent verbal reading and writing English and Mandarin
Ability to work independently
Excellent telephone communication skills
Reliable and well organized able to deal with stress
Team player with good communication skills internally and externally
