We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included.
About the project:
You will be providing services for an innovative medical device company dedicated to making the lives of people with diabetes and other conditions easier through theuse of its Omnipod product platform. The Omnipod Insulin Management System provides a unique alternative to traditional insulin delivery methods.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional support to customers via phone and email in Italian and occasionally in English.
- Assist customers with issues or unexpected problems
- Quickly and efficiently resolve urgent situations.
- Stay calm and constructive in sensitive situations.
- Focus on finding effective solutions tailored to customer needs while enhancing team performance.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (must be at least C2)
- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- full time contract
- Salary without accommodation: 1366 euros gross / month
- Salary with accommodation (room in shared apartment with bills included): 1040 euros gross / month
- Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
