As an Associate Manager People & Experience you will be a key part of our People & Culture team and help GALE build a workplace where people feel valued supported and inspired to do their best work. Youll act as both a trusted partner to managers and a friendly go-to resource for employees helping us build a thriving engaged and compliant workplace.
Who you are
- You are an experienced HR professional with 5 years experience across the HR discipline from nurturing growth boosting performance and keeping our best stars shining bright and inspiring others to elevate their performance.
- You know your way around employee relations and provincial employment laws youve got global benefits and insurance knowledge up your sleeve especially for Canada. (bonus points if you also understand US benefits).
- Youre seen as the go-to person who effortlessly connects with employees and leaders alike serving as a trusted advisor and champion for all. You inspire motivate and empower your teammates.
- Multiple projects No worries!. You juggle them with grace and apply a smart thought process to roll out impactful initiatives in onboarding training engagement and diversity. You have a knack for turning everyday workflows into pure productivity magic.
- Whether solo or with cross-functional teams you are swift and responsive and bring organization and pinpoint attention to detail.
- Handling confidential info with the utmost care and discretion is second nature to you.
- Plus your passion for learning means youre always soaking up the latest HR trends and sharing your innovative ideas that spark positive change.
- CHRP/ CHRL certification preferred.
