Job Summary
Were looking for an organized and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our new AR team in the Netherlands.
Youll be part of an international function supporting Europe India and the Middle East ensuring accurate billing timely payments and excellent customer service.

About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their AR career who wants to grow in a supportive international environment. Youll be part of the founding team in the Netherlands helping to establish strong financial processes and deliver excellent service to our customers worldwide.
What youll do
- Be the primary customer contact for outstanding invoices reconcile accounts ensure correct cash application and manage daily AR transactions.
- Support collection activities following up on overdue payments and resolving customer queries.
- Review customer credit deductions for accuracy validity documentation and duplication and create credit memos in our ERP system.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our AR system.
- Work closely with colleagues in Finance Sales and Customer Operations to ensure smooth operations.
- Support the team with reporting and process improvements.
What youll bring
- 13 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Finance or a similar administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English (another language such as Hindi or Arabic is a plus).
- Basic Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar).
- Eager to learn and develop in an international finance environment.
