Job Summary

Are you ready to help revolutionize e-commerce delivery through the power of strategic partner communications and automation Were seeking a creative and marketing-forward leader to join our Americas DSP Communication Team in Amazons Last Mile space.

We are looking for seasoned Communications expert to drive our partner engagement strategy automation systems and messaging effectiveness. This individual will work to support Hub Delivery a fast-growing delivery service program that teams up with local businesses to bring Amazon packages to their this pivotal role youll be the architect of our active partner journey crafting sophisticated workflows and compelling communications that enhance partner satisfaction and drive network growth.

Imagine designing a system where every partner interaction is timely personalized and impactful. Youll implement behavioral-triggered communications that respond to real-time engagement signals while crafting clear compelling content that resonates with our diverse partner network. From operational updates and product launches to performance communications and program changes youll be the strategic force behind our partner messaging strategy.

Your day-to-day will be a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Youll dive deep into data using partner feedback and behavioral analytics to continually refine our approach and enhance engagement. Youll build and maintain cross-channel communication frameworks giving us a clear picture of partner interaction patterns and areas for improvement. Additionally youll write edit and manage a wide range of communications strategies and change management plans ensuring our voice remains consistent and effective across all channels.

Youll be a power user of our communications platforms leveraging Salesforce and Pardot along with internal tools like the Hub and Amazon Delivery apps to execute sophisticated partner engagement strategies. Youll develop expertise in utilizing these tools to their full potential creating seamless communication experiences that drive partner success and engagement.

Youll sit on a team of 15 communicators who support various other parts of Amazons Last Mile delivery network namely within the Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program of which Hub Delivery is intrinsically connected. While youll wholly own the Hub Delivery communications strategy youll benefit from being a part of this team of likeminded communication partners and their center of excellence in processes tooling and thought-partnership.

The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with strategic communications and/or marketing communications experience business acumen and excellent writing ability. Youll thrive in ambiguity help strategize on plans and help program manage them from ideation to execution to keep things on track. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who isnt afraid to innovate and propose disruptive ideas.

This role can be based in Nashville TN or Bellevue WA.

Key job responsibilities
Design and implement end-to-end partner communication strategies including automation workflows and trigger-based communications that respond to partner behavior and needs

Lead partner-facing content creation across operational updates product launches program changes and performance communications while maintaining consistent voice and messaging

Develop and optimize multi-channel communication strategies using partner feedback behavioral analytics and advanced segmentation

Leverage existing communications platforms (Salesforce Pardot internal tools) to create effective automated partner journeys and engagement flows

Partner with cross-functional teams to gather insights ensure aligned messaging and drive continuous improvement in our communication approach

Monitor and measure the effectiveness of communications

Look around corners to identify key moments in time around which to build campaigns that meet Hub Delivery partners where they are in their journey

The Americas DSP Communications team is made up of 15 high performing leaders. Even though we are based in different cities across the U.S. Canada and LATAM we have a highly inclusive and collaborative culture. - 8 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders
- Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment high-tech products/services
- Experience with test and learn marketing optimization and experimentation

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
