We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities and equipment.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians assigning tasks and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical electrical and facility-related issues
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage maintenance budgets inventory and vendor relationships
- Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper management
- Implement and oversee the use of maintenance management software
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify potential issues
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in facility maintenance

Qualifications :
- Diploma/Certificate in Engineering Facilities Management or a related field
- 5 years of experience in maintenance supervision or a related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical electrical and facility systems
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting maintenance data and optimizing processes
- Experience in budgeting cost control and inventory management
- Thorough understanding of safety regulations and best practices in facility management
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents blueprints and schematics
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification preferred
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required
- Physical ability to move around facilities and inspect equipment
