Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Retail Supervisor in managing daily store operations
Supervise and guide retail staff on duty to ensure service standards are met
Assist in preparing work schedules monitoring attendance and task allocation
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally
Monitor stock levels assist with inventory control and coordinate stock replenishment
Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness meet company standards
Support sales initiatives and promotional activities to improve store performance
Assist in cash handling POS system operations and basic sales reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards
Provide on-the-job guidance and support to new or junior staff
Qualifications :
Minimum SPM qualification
Able to work from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Experience as a cashier
Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
