Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Night Shift
Location: Belen NM 87002
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Schedule: Friday Saturday Sunday
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Pay Rate: $25 - $28/hr

Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nursefor an exciting job in Belen NM.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
Observe and report changes in patients conditions to supervising RN or physician.
Assist with wound care patient hygiene and mobility support.
Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing care provided.
Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure a safe efficient care environment.
Adhere to facility protocols and infection control procedures.

Qualifications:

Active and valid LPN license in New Mexico (or compact equivalent).
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care skilled nursing or similar clinical environment preferred.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
Strong communication observation and teamwork skills.
