About the Role

The team focuses on taking inbound calls with the goal of completing borrower applications over the phone and listing loans on our platform. Your time will be split approximately 75% coaching and team development and 25% special projects that support broader business goals.

What Youll Do

  • Lead coach and develop a team of1015 Customer Development Representatives

  • Deliver real-time feedback throughlive monitoring call listening and side-by-side coaching

  • Conductweekly 1:1s and team meetingsto drive performance and engagement

  • Monitor and manage team KPIs includinglisting rates and customer satisfaction

  • Take initiative to make informed decisions and act quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Support and execute new initiatives tools and process rollouts

  • Partner with leadership to manage escalations provide associate support and handle manager queue requests

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across the Member Engagement organization

  • Lead by exampleready to jump on the phones when needed

About You

  • 2 years of people management experiencerequired;

  • Proven success in asales-driven environment; experience in sales leadership is a plus

  • Strong coaching mindset with a passion for developing others

  • Excellent communication influencing and presentation skills

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading through change

  • Genuine enthusiasm for LendingClubs mission and values

  • Bachelors degree preferred High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

Work Location

Lehi UT

We are currently working a hybrid schedule and our teams are in-office Tuesdays Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Working Conditions

Required to be on the phones work on a computer and at a desk for extended periods of time including viewing a screen using a mouse manipulating a keyboard and wearing a headset. Must be able to function effectively in a dynamic fast-paced call center environment where natural and regular work stressors can occur.
